Hillview is an "over 55" residential development of approximately 700 homes. The Community Center will be achieved through the renovation of four existing farm buildings. The fifth building, the Lodge, is a new Welcome Center for the entire project. It's design features a large gathering space, a wrap-around porch and administrative offices in the rear. The Spa and Health Club is the renovation and expansion of an existing carriage house and includes an indoor pool, exercise room, juice bar and locker rooms. An adjacent outdoor pool and trellis to its side offers views to the west.

The Barn and Stables is a renovation of an existing bank barn to house a large dining room & spiritual space on the upper floor, and various activity spaces including ceramics, painting and carpentry on the lower floor.
